Cancellation of Spiritual Readings must be requested with at least 24hrs notice. Failure to communicate a cancellation request in this time will result in full payment. STARGATE FOREST RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations before 2pm on the 5TH APRIL 2025 will receive a full refund excluding the processing fee of $25. Cancellations after this time will pay $225. The rest of the amount will be refunded.
