Over the past 17 years I have helped many people transform their lives so they can experience the peace and fulfilment that they need and deserve.

After a horse riding accident left me with a brain injury I suffered for 8 years. Stuck in a nightmare of pain, chronic fatigue, anxiety and so much more.
The radical change came when I finally realised I was in control of my life and I healed myself.
Not only that! I transformed everything I knew about myself and the life I had created.
Before my accident I was not living a life that made me happy or even remotely satisfied.
Now I am excited to wake up every day.
