Rescheduling or Cancelling
PLEASE READ THE CANCELLATION POLICY Spiritual Reading bookings can be rescheduled if 24hrs notice is provided. Failure to communicate a reschedule request in this time will result in full payment. Cancellation of Spiritual Readings must be requested with at least 24hrs notice. Failure to communicate a cancellation request in this time will result in full payment. RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations before 2pm, 10 days before the start day of the retreat will receive a full refund excluding the processing fee of $25. Cancellations after this time will pay $225. The rest of the amount will be refunded. The CONNECT Programme CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations before 2pm, 2 days before the start day of the Programme will receive a full refund excluding the processing fee of $25. Cancellations after this time will pay $225. The rest of the amount will be refunded.
